At Syntonic we are Performance-Driven and Customer Focused.  We are committed to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System. Within this framework, we will establish and review our Quality Objectives as we strive to grow and enhance our business, products, solutions, customer relationships and industry recognition.

Our quality system is based on a feedback system where we:

• Plan: Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordancewith customer requirements and our policies.
• Execute: Implement the processes.
• Verify: Monitor and measure processes and product against policies, objectives andrequirements for the product and report the results.
• Enhance: Take actions to continually improve process performance.

In performance of the highest manufacturing standards, Syntonic Microwave has adopted manufacturing techniques in compliance with J-STD-001 and inspects for conformity with IPC-A-610.
